Ukraine has changed everything. Before Ukraine, America was number one, at least perception-wise. After Ukraine, American is number two economically, number three militarily, and this is a reality that the world is accepting. Russia knows this.
Western values seem to function intermittently, like a car’s indicator lights. For Ukraine, the right to resist invasion and occupation is sacrosanct. But not for the Palestinians.
