In the context of a new Food Imperialism, we need a new Food Freedom and Food Sovereignty movement to defend our Rights guaranteed by the Constitution and avoid famine and food slavery.
We have to organize a movement against the corporate friendly BJP Govt which is handing over our agriculture, coal, education, health, railways and many other sectors to Indian and foreign corporates in the name developing India.
The partition was not simply an accidental episode. It had a long chain of events behind it and leading to it. And the partition story did not end in 1947. The year 1947 was in some ways the beginning of the consequences of the partition.
It is indeed a long walk to freedom. Let’s hope that We, the People take charge and march ahead learning from the past, working in the present, addressing the challenges of the future.
