An interview with former military officer Sushant Singh, a lecturer at Yale University and one of India’s foremost security experts, on Delhi’s military options following the horrific attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir, in which 26 people were killed.
Violence over identity and religion is something Indians are (unfortunately) used to. But on Tuesday, the country saw something rarer: riots over jobs.
